1. Room Purpose & Design Intent

Primary Function

  • Neutral, calm environment that doesn’t overstimulate

Design Philosophy
This bathroom is designed to:

  • Withstand heavy daily use

  • Be extremely easy to clean

  • Avoid clutter creep

  • Reduce arguments about mess

  • Grow from preteen → teen with minimal changes

This is a function-first bathroom with quiet comfort built in.

2. ZONING & FLOW (FOUNDATIONAL)

  • Faucet with controlled flow (durable finish)

Countertop Setup (Minimal by Design)

  • Soap dispenser

  • Small catch tray (only daily items)

  • Tissue holder (optional)

Rule: Counter should be easy to wipe in under 30 seconds.

4. DRAWER & STORAGE ORGANIZATION (EXTENSIVE)

  • Toothpaste & grooming organizer

  • Deodorant tray

  • Razor & shaving supplies tray (when age-appropriate)
